As I mentioned earlier, my dad is building a house in Todos Santos. His neighbor there has already built one of my dream homes. Color, simplicity, home-y-ness.
I love that the place feels modern with simple bold shapes and colors but still retains enough comfort that I can imagine just flopping down on the couch with a good book. I think it's always hot there, but for some reason I really imagine a fire in the fireplace. [My senses are slowly turning on the cooler hues of blues and greens. These days reds, pinks and (gasp!) orange are really doing it for me.]
