My Awesome Neighbors Part II

So I've talked about my awesome neighbors before, and they continue to earn their title. They brought me this Paris Hilton Get-Out-Of-Jail-Spice-Cake from the bakery they work at. Awww.

Home is having awesome neighbors (that cook)

So I have the greatest neighbors: Clay and Ines. And really I think that's at least half of why I love my apartment. Maybe more than that, especially when they invite me over for dinner which last night was French Omelettes. I'm not a big fan of omelettes and had never had a french omelette. This experience has sold me on omelettes. If you're not familiar, they basically consist of 4 thin layers of omelette stacked together (and mixed with herbs). They are light. They are delicate. They are delicious. (Did I mention they are French?). (And that I made the salad?).
