Dumplings

Spent a fantastic day yesterday learning about dumplings from a master. We even got to try out a delicious recipe perfect for fall and winter from my new favorite cookbook--thanks Wai! Plus I got to catch up with an old friend and mentor, Yvette Roman. (She taught me how to print in a darkroom way back when and gave me my first medium format camera -- this beauty.
