OK, I jumped the gun when I said there were 2 things I wanted to do to welcome in the fall. I totally forgot about apples: apple picking, apple pies, apple whatever.
These are the apple orchards in the Provence that were just ebginning to be harvested a couple of weeks ago. I'm thinking of trying out this recipe. Gotany good apple related recipes?
