Oh yes! Maps! I have one that is waiting to be cut up and framed in smaller frames. But that map in your photo is very pretty, I've never seen one with pink in it!
Have you ever wondered how they created maps back in the 15th-16th century? I recall being impressed by such a map in a museum, which made me wonder how did they know how to draw the edges of the island like that? Were they in a hot air balloon?
I adore maps too. I could just sit and stare at them for hours. Great find!
