Are housing prices...dare I say it....falling? A 2 bedroom bungalow in bungalow heaven for $499,000. I must be dreaming. Now if only prices would fall in Venice....

Unfortunately this is not anywhere near Bungalow Heaven but rather right off the Pasadena Freeway. Noise, dust and exhaust are your neighbors.
A very cute house with a great garden though.
