Right Tool for the Job (or it's a dirty job but somebody's got to do it)
My mom gave me a pretty awesome non-stick crepe pan 5 years ago and it's served me well over the years of crepe parties and crepes just because. But now it's pretty wrecked (where does the Teflon go? Is it in me?) And these are the skillets I have my eye on:

be careful! if you type in teflon warning you'll see there's been cancer and other ailments possibly stemming from it!
Ahhhhh! I had a feeling it wasn't the greatest thing in the world to see it disappear. Even more reason to go back to the old classic skillet! Thanks Claudia!
