Looks like a nice place to relax, although the don't know how to spell Eichler.
I'll be doing a little decompressing out in Palm Springs soon at either the Hotel Mojave (http://www.hotelmojave.com/) or the Desert Hills (http://www.deserthillspalmsprings.com/index.html). Being cheap/frugal, I can handle the summer heat for cheaper rates.
wow! Those places are awesome! I can also deal with heat when it means fewer people out by the pool and cheaper prices. To me it feels more like a vacation, more of a getaway! Thanks for the tips, I will definitely be spending some time in these finds!
