I made this Nougat with my Tante Marie a while ago and even posted about it, but now I put together a much more in depth post and recipe for The Kitchn. It's involved, but totally worth it if you have any interest at all in making the most delicious candy on earth. Of course, if you'd rather skip it, you can buy Nougat at The Little Flower Candy Company right here in Pasadena.
OK, consider me on vacation, see you at the end of the month!
These look delicious! Thanks for the tip...I live in Pasadena and this candy shop is just around the corner. I never thought to go in but I definitely will now.
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing. My turn to give one of your recipes a try! Have a great vacation.
ReplyDeleteMmmmm.... I'll have to try your recipe at some point! Your nougat looks so "professional", exactly like what you would find in France!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea you could actually make this stuff. Meaning your average Suzy Housewife & run-of-the-mill kitchen gear. What an impressive - and delicious - dessert!
ReplyDeleteOoooh I wish I could reach into that photo for a nibble... looks delish!
ReplyDeleteThose look incredible, great photo! Check out my site to learn more about roofing in Boston MA.
ReplyDeleteGreat article! I'm a roofer in Newburyport, take a look at my roofing blog when you have a chance.
