I drove by Rose and Lincoln just now and they are finally working on putting in that Whole Foods they've been promising. Too bad I just moved away from Rose, but still, it's closer than the Trader Joe's I go to all the time. Wonder how long it will take...

I was interested in the list of things you were taking to China. I thought the compass idea was a good idea I had never thought of. I've never been to China, but I've been to India. Every time I travel I take way too much stuff. I'm always afraid I'll need something and won't have it. It's wise to "pare down".
